Subscription Fee Policy:
All subscription fees are required to be paid in advance to ensure uninterrupted access to your account and services.
You will receive an email notification each time a tax invoice is generated, with the invoice attached for your convenience. Payments can be made easily by clicking the "Pay Now" button included on the invoice.
Monthly Subscriptions:
A monthly fee of ZAR 155.00 will be charged to your account on the 1st day of each month.
Weekly Subscriptions:
A monthly fee of ZAR 36.00 will be charged to your account on the Monday of each week.
Billing and Payment Guidelines:
Monthly Subscriptions: Payments are due by the close of business (COB) on the 7th of each month.
Weekly Subscriptions: Payments must be made by COB every Tuesday.
Advance Payments: You have the flexibility to make payments in advance. Any advance payment will automatically be applied to your next invoice, reducing the amount owed.
Changing Your Subscription Options:
Switching from Weekly to Monthly:
If you decide to change your subscription from weekly to monthly, any payments already made under your weekly subscription will be credited toward your monthly subscription fee. The remaining balance will be invoiced immediately and must be settled by the 7th of the current month or the next Tuesday if the 7th has already passed.
Switching from Monthly to Weekly:
If you choose to switch from a monthly to a weekly subscription, the payments made for your monthly subscription will be applied to your weekly subscription fees. A credit note will be issued for the monthly invoice, and new invoices will be generated for the weeks that have already passed in the current month. Any surplus payments remaining after covering the weekly invoices will be applied toward future weekly invoices.
Payment Options:
We do not offer debit order submissions as a payment option.
Instead, we partner with a trusted Payment Gateway to provide convenient payment methods. A "Pay Now" button will be available on your invoices, statements, and within your account after signing in for easy payment access.
Your privacy is important to us, and as such, we do not store any of our subscribers' banking details.
Failure To Make Payment:
Failure to pay the subscription fee by the due date may result in restricted access to your account. You will be unable to sign in, and your profile will not be visible to Couples and Single Ladies until all outstanding dues are paid.
If your account remains unpaid for three invoices, your subscription will be automatically canceled by the system. During this time, your profile will not be accessible to other subscribers.
Important Note on Cancellations:
If you choose to cancel your subscription, please note that any outstanding balances must still be paid in full.
However, any amounts paid in advance will be refunded to you. To process the refund, we will require your banking details. Please note that your bank information will not be stored, ensuring compliance with PCIDSS guidelines.
